UltraVideo HDMI to VGA Adapter Review

Accell sent us the UltraVideo HDMI to VGA Adapter ($59.99) to review. There are quite a few HDMI to VGA Adapters but they are all much poorer quality than Accell’s adapter. All you have to do to connect your VGA monitor to your HDMI port is to plug it in and plug in the supplied USB power cable. It is that simple there are no drivers needed it is just plug in and play.

Here is the datasheet for the adapter:

  • Compliant with HDMI 1.3a and DVI 1.0 specifications
  • Supports 10 bits RGB color output
  • Supports up to 1080P, 1920×1200, 60Hz, reduced blanking
  • Supports up to 225MHz video timing
  • EDID control and MCCS pass-through from display to source
  • Automatic sink detection
  • USB or AC Powered

The design of the adapter is sleek and simple to use. It is just as fast to set up as plugging in a standard cable. With VGA starting to out of date sometimes you end up in a situation where you need to connect to VGA. This is where the adapter has become vital.

The House of Marley Positive Vibrations Review

All celebrities are coming out with their line of headphones. A new brand that came out from this craze is The House of Marley. Many of these celebrities are using bling and glamour to catch the eyes of prospective buyers. This is not what The House of Marley is doing. The House of Marley is more concerned with honoring the ideals of the music which the headphones represent. The House of Marley line focuses on quality products while being environmentally friendly. Almost all of the materials used in this product and its packaging are either recycled or recyclable. These headphones boast about Bob Marley in many ways. I feel that Bob Marley would have been proud at what The House of Marley has done.
